Send your product photos and a link. We send back five UGC-style vertical ads, ready to upload to Meta and TikTok. You never ship a product to a creator, and you never sit on a discovery call.
$60 per ad · 48-hour turnaround · Full refund if none are usable
Winning ads decay in two to four weeks and the only fix is more variants. The usual way to get them was designed for a world where video required a person, a product in the post, and a calendar.
| Hiring a UGC creator | Sprucecut | |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per ad | $150 – $400 | $60 |
| Turnaround | 7 – 14 days | 48 hours |
| Ship product to a stranger | Required | Never |
| Variants per round | 1 | 5 |
| Calls and briefing | Kickoff call + brief + revisions | One form, 3 minutes |
| Reshoot a new hook | Start the whole process again | Same day |
| If you don't like it | You already paid | Full refund, keep the files |
Three steps, and you are only involved in the first one.
Pay, then fill a three-minute form: your store link, three to five product photos, and who you're selling to. That is the entire brief.
Five different hooks — unboxing, problem/solution, review, demo, before/after — each generated around your real product photography, with voiceover and captions.
Within 48 hours you get 9:16 and 1:1 exports at 1080p, plus the written hook for each variant. Name any two and we'll regenerate them free.
Each of these was made from nothing but a product photo and a store URL.
Flat fees. No retainer required to start, no minimum term if you do.
Need it tomorrow? Reply to your order confirmation with “rush” and we'll turn it around in 24 hours for $100 more.
“If none of the five are usable, reply refund within seven days. Full refund — and you keep the files.”
We would rather eat the cost than argue with you about creative. It has never made sense to us that you should pay for an ad you won't run.
Yes, it's AI-generated — and your instinct to worry about the product is the right one. Most AI video invents the product and gets the label, the shape and the colour wrong.
We don't generate your product. We generate the scene around photographs of it that you supply, so the thing on screen is the real thing. The presenter, the kitchen, the motion and the lighting are synthetic. The bottle is yours.
Don't take our word for it — ask for a free sample ad for your product before you pay anything. That offer is real and it's how most clients start.
Meta and TikTok both require AI-generated content to be labelled, and both platforms also detect it automatically. We hand you the files with the standard metadata intact so the platform label applies cleanly, and we tell you which variants feature a synthetic presenter.
Labelled AI creative runs fine and is not penalised. Unlabelled creative that gets caught is what causes account problems, so don't strip it.
Your store URL, three to five clean product photos, one sentence on who buys it, and anything you're contractually forbidden from claiming. Three minutes in a form. If you have a brand guide we'll read it; if you don't, we won't ask for one.
You do, for paid and organic social, worldwide, in perpetuity. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to — reply “private” on your order and we'll leave it out.
The Starter tier uses stock synthetic presenters. Custom avatars built from a real person need that person's written consent and sit outside Starter — ask and we'll quote it. We will not generate a likeness of anyone who hasn't consented, including yours without your say-so, and including competitors' founders.
So you never have to book a call. Everything you'd say on one goes into a three-minute form, and anything else is quicker by email: write to hi@sprucecut.com and you'll get a reply the same working day.
Send a store link and we'll make one ad for your actual product, free. No call, no commitment, and we'll tell you honestly if we don't think your product suits it.
