Sprucecut (Singapore) ("we") is a small video-ad studio. This page explains what we collect, why, and who else touches it. Short version: we collect what we need to make and deliver your ads, and to contact businesses we think we can help. We don't sell data.
What we collect
- From clients: the brief you submit (brand, delivery email, product link, photo links, answers), payment details handled by Stripe (we never see your card number), and our email correspondence.
- From prospects: publicly available business information, such as your company website, whether you run ads, and a business email address published on your site or by a business-contact provider. We use it to send a small number of relevant business emails.
- From visitors: no tracking cookies and no ad pixels on this site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe: payments.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and form storage.
- Google Workspace: email.
- Amazon Web Services (Bedrock): AI text processing for drafting and triaging email. Data sent to it isn't used to train models.
- Higgsfield: AI video generation from your product images.
- Instantly: email delivery for outreach.
How long we keep it
Briefs and delivered files: for as long as you're a client, plus 12 months, then deleted. Prospect data: deleted within 12 months if there's no conversation, and immediately if you opt out. Payment records: as long as tax law requires.
Your choices
Reply "unsubscribe" to any email and you'll never hear from us again. That's permanent and automatic. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hi@sprucecut.com and we'll act within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data-protection authority.
