Terms of service

Last updated October 2026

These terms cover every order placed with Sprucecut (Singapore) ("we", "us"). By paying for an order you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to trap anyone. If something here is unclear, ask before you pay.

1. What you're buying

Starter ($299, one-time): five short vertical video ads (12–15 seconds) for one product, in 9:16 and 1:1 at 1080p, with voiceover and captions, plus the written hook for each. Volume ($749/month): fifteen ads a month delivered in batches of five, billed monthly until you cancel.

2. How delivery works

The 48-hour turnaround starts when we receive your completed brief (the form after payment), not when you pay. Delivery is by email link. If we can't meet 48 hours on an order we'll tell you before the deadline passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.

3. Revisions

Starter includes one free revision round on any two of the five ads. Volume includes unlimited revision rounds within the month. A revision changes an existing ad (hook, script, voice, pacing); it isn't a new product or a new brief.

4. The guarantee

If none of the five ads in a delivery is usable, reply "refund" within seven days of delivery and we'll refund that order in full. You keep the files. Volume subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current paid month. We don't refund partial months, except under this guarantee.

5. What you're responsible for

6. AI-generated content

Our ads are made with AI video and voice tools around your real product photography. Presenters and settings are synthetic. Platforms such as Meta and TikTok require AI-generated content to be labelled. We deliver files with their metadata intact, and labelling them correctly when you publish is your responsibility. We never generate the likeness of a real person without that person's written consent.

7. Who owns the result

Once your order is paid, you get a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the delivered ads for paid and organic marketing of your products. You may edit them. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, unless you tick "keep my ads out of your portfolio" on the brief or ask us by email. Stock voices, music and generated elements stay subject to the terms of the tools that produced them. Where those terms restrict a use, we'll tell you.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not liable for ad-account decisions made by advertising platforms, campaign performance, or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version in force when you paid applies to that order. Questions: hi@sprucecut.com.
